NASA - Mars Exploration - explores their program to colonize Mars including information about the planet and how they plan to reach and explore it's possibilities through different missions. They also have a section called Humans in Space - MARS which discusses preparing to live and work on Mars. 

 

National Geographic has a couple articles that discuss the topic of Mars.
